Start

The deal closes. The plan starts on the same record.

Maria wins the Harbor & Pine Studio deal and starts a delivery project from it. The project keeps the link to the deal, so anyone on the team can open the customer, the conversation and the amount from any task. She adds four tasks with owners and due dates. One due date falls on a public holiday, and the card says so before anyone misses it.

Quality

Work isn’t done until someone checks it.

Maria turns on “Review after completion” for the reservation task. When Dmytro finishes, the button doesn’t say Complete. It says Send for review, and the task moves to In review, where Maria sees it. For tasks that are only a list of steps, “Auto-complete when checklists done” closes the task by itself when the last box is ticked.

Agents

Assign a task to an agent the way you assign it to a person.

Some tasks don’t need a person. Switch the assignee to an AI agent, and the task card shows the agent’s latest run. Press Run now when you want it done straight away. The agent works with the tools and permissions it has been given, and you can filter the board to see what agents own.

Time

Log the hours on the task. Read them by client.

Dmytro starts the timer when he picks up a task and stops it when he’s done, so the hours sit next to the estimate. At the end of the week he submits his timesheet and Maria approves it. In Client time she sees how many billable hours went to Harbor & Pine Studio and exports the month to XLSX.

AI in this module

  1. Write with AI.In a task description, type “/” and pick Write with AI, Create plan, Action items or Improve text, then shorten or expand.
  2. Task Copilot.Ask AI to draft the description, generate a checklist or estimate the task, then apply or discard the result.
  3. Checklists from a sentence.Generate checklist items with AI.
  4. Agents as assignees.Hand a task to an AI agent and follow its runs on the card.
  5. Your day, summarized.A morning and evening AI insight about your work day.

Task Copilot results wait for you to apply or discard them. An agent that takes a task works inside its tools and permissions.

FAQ

Projects & tasks questions.

Is there a Gantt chart?

Yes, for projects. Switch the Projects page to Gantt to see each project’s tasks over time.

Can tasks depend on each other?

Not as linked dependencies. You group related work in a project and a sprint, split a task into checklists with their own owners and due dates, and mark a task Blocked when it’s waiting on something.

Can a client see the project?

There’s no client portal. You can share a file with a client by public link: view or download, and comment or edit for Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, with a password and an expiry date.

How do tracked hours reach billing?

Managers see billable hours by client in Client time and export them to XLSX. Finance uses tracked hours and each person’s rate as labor cost in the Profitability report.
