WhatsApp

Keep your WhatsApp number on the phone, and in the inbox.

Northwind’s sales team has used one WhatsApp Business number for years. They connect it to APROS, and it keeps working in the app on the manager’s phone. Past chats and the phone’s contacts appear in the inbox, and so does every reply sent from the phone. The team answers from whichever is closer, and the conversation stays on the customer’s record.

Payments

One payment link, five ways to pay.

Northwind sends Harbor & Pine Studio an invoice for $2,308.00 with a payment link. The client opens it, downloads the PDF and chooses how to pay: by card through Stripe or monobank, in crypto, or by bank transfer.

When the provider confirms the payment, the invoice is marked paid and the money is booked to the account you chose for that provider.

Mail & calendar

Your mailbox and your calendar, next to your customers.

Maria connects her Gmail and her Google Calendar. Her mailbox is set to turn new senders into leads, so a message from a new address arrives as a lead with its source. Meetings she books in APROS show up in Google Calendar, and changes made there come back. Her colleague on a Mac subscribes Apple Calendar to the team calendar with one link.

  3. Web research.Agents search the web and read pages to answer questions and write cited reports.

FAQ

Integration questions.

Does WhatsApp work with APROS?

Yes. Connect the number you use in the WhatsApp Business app. It keeps working on the phone, and contacts, past chats and replies sent from the phone appear in the APROS inbox.

Can we connect our phone system?

Yes, if your phone system is a PBX that APROS can connect to, on a plan that includes Telephony. Calls then pop up with the matching client, and recordings land in APROS. See Calls, calendar & booking for how it works.

Does WooCommerce sync orders?

No. APROS imports your store’s products and maps their categories and attributes. Orders and customers stay in WooCommerce.

Why does APROS ask for access to my Gmail and Google Calendar?

Only if you connect them: so you can read and send email and keep your calendar in APROS next to your customers and deals. APROS’s use of information received from Google APIs follows Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details: Privacy Policy.

What if the service we use isn’t listed?
