Booking

The customer picks a time. APROS sets up everything else.

Emma opens Maria’s booking page and picks Thursday at 3 pm in her own time zone. APROS creates the video call, puts the event in Maria’s calendar, logs the activity and links it to the Harbor & Pine lead. Emma gets a join link and an .ics file, and she can reschedule from the manage link if her week changes.

Calls

No app to install, no account to create.

Emma clicks the invite Maria sent on Telegram. She types her name, checks her camera and microphone, and waits in the waiting room until Maria lets her in. Maria shares her screen to walk through the finishes, records the call, and creates a “Send revised quote” task from the client panel without hanging up.

After the call

Hang up, open the report, send the follow-up.

Because the call was recorded, APROS transcribes it once it ends. Maria opens it in the calls hub. The report gives the call a score, an analysis, a summary with key topics, action items, decisions, next steps and sentiment, recommendations for the next conversation, the full transcript and the recording. Maria knows exactly what to send next, and she didn’t take a single note during the call.

Telephony

Connect your PBX and calls land on the customer record.

Your company already has an Asterisk-based phone system. An admin connects it to APROS and maps extensions to people. Now “Call” on a lead rings Maria’s desk phone first, then the customer. When a client calls, a card pops up with their record. A missed call from a client can become a “call back” task, and recordings are transcribed.

FAQ

Calls and calendar questions.

Do guests need an account or an app?

No. A guest opens the link in a browser, types a name and checks their camera and microphone. The host lets them in from the waiting room.

How many people can join a video call?

Up to six. An admin sets the limit anywhere from two to six, and the host can cap the number of guests on each invite.

Is APROS a phone system?

No. APROS connects to the phone system you already have, an Asterisk-based PBX, through the Telephony module on plans that include it. Without it, “Call” opens your phone app and logs the call on the record.

Does it work with Google Calendar and Outlook?

Google Calendar syncs both ways or one way, with conflict resolution. Apple, Google and Outlook calendar apps can also subscribe to any APROS calendar, or to your tasks, by webcal link.

Do we get a report for every call?

For every recorded call. After a recorded call ends, APROS transcribes the recording and writes the report. Phone calls through your PBX are transcribed from their recordings too.

Are calls encrypted?

Call media is encrypted in transit, and the call room shows it.

Make every call count on the record. Join the waitlist, or book a demo. We’ll run it as an APROS call and send you the report.
