This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser’s local storage) used by this website, apros.app, and by APROS workspaces at <company>.apros.app. It is provided by ТОВ «АПРИКОД» (APRICODE LLC, “Apricode”, “we”). The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in general.
Summary
- This website sets no cookies of its own and loads nothing from other companies: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party fonts or scripts. If you use its theme switch, it remembers your choice of light or dark theme in your browser.
- APROS workspaces use three cookies, all strictly necessary: two keep you signed in and one remembers your interface language.
- We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not show a cookie consent banner. A few pages in the app load content from other companies, which can set their own cookies; they are listed below.
This website (apros.app)
apros.app is a simple website with a waitlist form. It does not set cookies, does not use local storage to identify you, and does not load content from other companies’ servers. The waitlist form sets no cookies either; what it collects is described in the Privacy Policy.
The site keeps one setting in your browser’s local storage, and only if you use its theme switch:

This setting stays on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is not used to identify or track you.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. To protect the site from automated attacks, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies of its own, such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance, when its bot protection is triggered. Cloudflare uses them to tell people from bots; they are not used for analytics or advertising. Cloudflare also processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site.
APROS workspaces
These cookies are set on your company’s own workspace address (<company>.apros.app) and are sent only to that address.

If you block these cookies, you cannot sign in to APROS in a browser.
The APROS mobile app, where you use it, receives sign-in tokens directly instead of cookies. The APROS desktop app for macOS uses the same cookies and can also keep a device token, valid for up to 90 days, in the macOS Keychain.
Local storage in the app
The app also keeps some data in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is not used to track you. Most of it is settings; the last two rows below hold workspace data.

Content from other companies inside the app
Some pages in APROS load content from other companies. Those companies may set their own cookies under their own policies:
- Payment pages (
/pay/...) of a workspace that accepts card payments through Stripe load Stripe’s payment form, and Stripe may set its own cookies. - The Telegram Mini App loads Telegram’s script.
- The page for connecting Facebook and Instagram at
auth.apros.apploads Meta’s JavaScript SDK, with the SDK’s cookie option turned on, and Google Fonts. Meta sets its own cookies there. - The Meta settings page in APROS shows Facebook Page pictures loaded from Meta.
- Country flags in the app load as images from
react-circle-flags.pages.dev, a site that the author of an open-source library runs on Cloudflare Pages, so your IP address reaches it. - Images inside emails you open in APROS load from the sender’s servers, which can tell the sender that you opened the email.
- AI-generated proposal presentations and other HTML designs load Google Fonts when opened.
The website chat widget
A business can put the APROS chat widget on its own website. The widget sets no cookies. It keeps a visitor id in the browser’s local storage (cw_visitor_<id>), so the visitor’s conversation continues on the next visit, and the landing page in session storage (cw_landing).
The widget sends the business’s workspace the visitor’s browser and device platform, language, screen size, time zone, the page address, the referring page, the landing page and any utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign values. The visitor can also give a name, email address and phone number in the chat form.
The business that runs the website decides to use the widget and is responsible for telling its visitors about it, including in its own cookie notice where the law requires it.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. On this website that changes nothing, because we set none. Clearing this site’s data in your browser also removes your saved theme. In APROS, blocking the strictly necessary cookies stops you from signing in.
Language versions
This document is published in Ukrainian and English, and both versions have the same content. If they differ, the Ukrainian version prevails. This does not limit any right you have under the law that applies to you.
