Approvals

Approve it from the hallway.

Overnight an agent drafted follow-ups for three quiet leads, and it waits for a person before sending anything. Maria has Telegram notifications on, so the request reaches her between meetings. She opens Approvals in the Mini App, approves two and rejects the one that’s already closed. The agent carries on with the two she approved.

AI Brain

Ask out loud, between two meetings.

Oleh is in a taxi. He holds the mic in the AI Brain and asks which deals close this week. The Brain searches the deals he’s allowed to see and lists them, with amounts and owners. He opens one, checks the timeline and calls the client from the card.

Receiving

Receive a delivery with the phone in your hand.

A pallet of oak chairs arrives at the Kyiv warehouse. Dmytro scans the box with Telegram’s scanner, and APROS finds the product. He sets the quantity to 48 and posts the receipt. The stock balance updates, and the sales team can sell those chairs before he’s back at a desk.

At a trade fair, Maria shows her card’s QR code. The buyer scans it, opens her card page and saves her to his contacts. Then she scans his code, and he’s in APROS as a contact before the conversation ends.

APROS in Telegram questions.

Do we need to install anything?

Only Telegram. APROS opens as a Mini App from your company’s Telegram bot, so there’s no separate app to download.

How does sign-in work?

Each person links their Telegram account to their APROS user once. After that, Telegram signs them in, and a session lasts 24 hours. Anyone can add a PIN or their phone’s biometric lock.

Is it the same data as the web app?

Yes. It’s the same workspace: the same records, chats and tasks, under the same roles. Screens a person has no access to stay hidden.

What does an admin need to set up?

Connect the company’s own Telegram bot in Settings → System → Telegram Bot. The Mini App, the notifications and the bot commands all run through it.

Can I talk to the AI Brain by voice?

Yes, in the Mini App: hold the mic and ask. On the web, the Brain takes typed questions.
