About
We built APROS to run our own company.
Apricode is a software company in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Our sales, projects, documents and money run on APROS every day.
Five tools, one company, no shared picture.
Like most growing companies, we ran on a stack: leads in messengers, deals in a CRM, tasks in a tracker, documents in folders, money in spreadsheets. Every handover meant copying, and every status meeting meant piecing the week together by hand.
So we built one system where the conversation, the deal, the work, the documents and the money sit on the same record. That system is APROS.
What we build by.
- One record, not five toolsA customer’s message, deal, tasks, invoice and payment belong together. Nobody should copy between apps to see the whole story.
- AI you can readAI should do real work and say where it stops. Every agent has an autonomy level you choose, and deletions always wait for a person.
- Your company’s own systemEvery company gets its own APROS app and its own database, at its own address.
- Say what it doesn’t doWe’d rather tell you a feature isn’t there than let you find out after you’ve moved in. Ask us anything in a demo.
A direct line to the team that builds it.
- Demo on your real workflowBring one of your processes. We’ll run it through the current version of APROS and tell you what fits, what doesn’t and what’s missing.
- Questions go to the buildersProduct questions go to the people who build APROS, not to a script.
- Release notes inside the productEvery workspace has a changelog, so you see what changed and when.
- English and UkrainianThe product, and the team behind it, work in both.
In beta, and in daily use.
APROS is in beta. Apricode runs its own company on it every day, and new companies join by invitation from the waitlist. Purchasing opens soon, and the prices are on the pricing page.
