Analytics

Numbers you don’t have to collect.

Dashboards, reports and AI analysis read the same leads, deals, tasks, hours and invoices your team works in. Everyone sees the whole company, their department or their own work, as their role allows.

Capabilities · 16

One dashboard per role, built from the work itself.

Dashboards

Monday, 9 a.m.: what needs you this week.

The owner opens Analytics before the team meeting. The KPI strip shows tasks done up on last month and the win rate down a little, next to the open pipeline as it stands today. Needs attention lists three overdue tasks and one person carrying twice the load of anyone else. She filters to the sales department, turns on “Compare vs prev”, and walks into the meeting with the three questions that matter.

End-to-end analytics

Find out which channel actually pays.

The head of sales thinks paid ads bring the business. Cross-channel attribution shows leads, qualified, deals and won revenue for each channel side by side. Paid does bring the most leads, but Organic brings the most won revenue, at twice the conversion to a deal. He opens Organic, drills down to the campaigns behind it, and then runs the Lead sources report to see how Telegram, Instagram and the booking page convert.

AI widgets

Ask for the chart. Keep it on your dashboard.

Maria types into the AI Brain: “Show won deals by month this year as a bar chart.” She previews it and saves it, and it lands in her dashboard’s Custom section with an AI badge. Her admin likes it and shares it with the whole company. Charts can cover leads, deals, contacts, companies, tasks, activities, invoices or conversations, as a KPI, line, bar, donut, funnel or table.

Scheduled reports

The Friday report writes itself.

Instead of someone pulling numbers every Friday, the owner schedules an agent: every Friday at 4 p.m., prepare the sales report for the week and send it to Telegram. It arrives in the same chat she reads everything else in. The agent’s tools pass the same permission checks as a person’s, so it reports only what it may see.

AI in this module

Ask your numbers a question.

  1. Ask in plain language. In the AI Brain, ask for sales, pipeline or task-completion analytics and get the answer in the chat, built only from data you’re allowed to see.
  2. Charts you keep.Ask for a chart, preview it, and save it as a widget on your dashboard.
  3. Insights on the dashboard. The AI insights widget and the AI analytics page read your metrics and suggest what to look at next, each recommendation linked to the tab that shows it.
  4. Useful without the AI.If the AI service is unavailable, AI analytics falls back to rule-based recommendations, so the page still says something useful.

FAQ

Analytics questions.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the records your team already works in: leads, deals, tasks, time, invoices and conversations. Widgets from modules you don’t use stay out of the way.

Who sees which numbers?

Each person sees the dashboard their role allows: the whole company, their department or their own work. Department and person filters follow the same rule.

Can I build my own charts?

Yes. Add any of the 31 built-in widgets from the gallery and arrange them, or ask the AI Brain for a chart and save it. Admins can share a saved chart with the whole company.

Can I export the numbers?

Reports export to CSV or XLSX for people with export permission. Dashboards themselves don’t export as a file.

Can I get a report without logging in?

Yes, in Telegram: schedule an agent to prepare it and send it to your linked Telegram on the schedule you set. It can also go to a chat, a notification or a task in APROS.

Stop building the report. Start reading it. Join the waitlist, or book a demo and see your own process on a dashboard.
