End-to-end analytics

See which channels bring deals, not just leads.

APROS keeps where each lead came from, from the first visit to the form it sent, and follows it to the won deal. Leads, qualified, deals and won revenue by channel, source and campaign, in your base currency.

  1. A source on every lead from a chat, the booking page or a mailbox.Leads created from Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, website chat, a booking page or incoming email get their source automatically. Renaming a source never splits its history.
  2. Your list of sources.AdminKeep the sources your team picks from, each with a type: paid ad, organic, referral, partner, event, website, social, email and more.
  3. Web leads with their UTM tags.Your website sends each lead with utm_source, medium, campaign, content and term, plus gclid or fbclid, referrer and landing page. All of it is kept on the lead.
  4. The channel, worked out for you. From click ids, utm_medium and the referrer, APROS sorts each web lead into Paid, Organic, Social, Email, Referral or Direct, by one rule for everyone.
  5. Website chat context. For a website chat, the operator sees the visitor’s current page, landing page, referrer and UTM tags in the chat panel.

  2. First touch and latest visit. How the person first heard about you, and where they came from this time, kept side by side. If they’re the same, the card says “Same as the first touch — one visit”.
  3. Pages visited. The path through your site from the first page to the form, up to 12 pages.
  4. Nothing your site sends gets lost.Extra fields your site adds (another click id, your own tag) show on the card under “Also sent”.

  • Campaign
  1. Cross-channel attribution.Leads, qualified, deals, won revenue and conversion to a deal, grouped by channel, by source or by campaign.
  2. Drill down to the lead.Open a channel to see its funnel, average deal and sources. Open a source to see its campaigns, then the leads themselves.
  3. Revenue in one currency.Won deals in any currency are converted to your base currency at your rates. A deal with no rate is counted, but kept out of revenue rather than added at the wrong value.
  4. Lead sources report. For every source, messengers and booking pages included: leads, qualified, converted and the conversion rate. There’s also a donut widget on the dashboard.
  5. Attribution report.Leads, qualified, deals, won revenue and conversion by channel, ready to export to CSV or XLSX for people with export permission.
  6. Scoped to the role. Each person sees attribution for the company, their department or their own leads, as their role allows.

  • Lead score
  • Filters
  • Presets
  1. Scores that learn from sources.Every night APROS recalculates each source’s conversion rate, and the lead score uses it as “Source converts historically”.
  2. Filter by source and campaign.Filter leads by source and by any of the five UTM fields, and save the filter as a preset.
  3. Returning enquiries.A lead from someone who has written before is marked as a returning enquiry, and duplicates can be linked as a repeat instead of merged.
Cross-channel attribution

Paid brings the most leads. Organic brings the most revenue.

Olena runs marketing for Northwind. On the dashboard she switches Cross-channel attribution to Channel. Paid brought the most leads this quarter, but Organic brought more won revenue, at a higher conversion to a deal. She opens Organic: the funnel, the average deal, and the sources behind it. Then she switches to Campaign and finds the one that filled the pipeline but never closed.

Source & path

Open the lead. See how they found you.

A request comes in from the website form. On the lead card, Maria sees the source “Website — request form” and the channel Organic. The first visit landed on a blog article from Google two weeks ago. This time they came straight in, read three service pages and sent the form from the pricing page. Before she calls, she knows what they read.

Lead sources

Telegram, Instagram or the booking page: which source converts.

Leads that start in a chat or on a booking page arrive with their source already set. The Lead sources report puts them next to your web sources: leads, qualified, converted and the conversion rate for each. The same rates feed the lead score, so a lead from a source that converts well starts higher.

Your website

Your form sends the source. APROS does the rest.

Your developer points the website form at the APROS API with a key that can only create leads. With each request goes the source, the UTM tags and click ids, the first and latest visit, and the pages visited. APROS stores it, works out the channel, and from then on every report reads it.

FAQ

End-to-end analytics questions.

Where does the source data come from?

Chats, booking pages and mailboxes set the source themselves. For website forms, your site sends the lead to the APROS API with its UTM tags, click ids, landing page and pages visited. A website chat shows the visitor’s page and UTM tags to the operator.

Is revenue counted from invoices or from deals?

From won deals. Attribution counts the amount of each won deal that came from a lead, converted to your base currency. Invoices and payments for that deal are on the deal record in Finance.

Does it show return on ad spend?

APROS gives you the revenue side: leads, deals and won revenue for each channel, source and campaign. Your ad spend stays in your ad accounts, so compare it there with the revenue APROS shows.

Do phone calls count?

With your PBX connected, a call from an unknown number creates a lead with its own phone source, so phone leads show in the Lead sources report. APROS doesn’t assign separate numbers to campaigns.

Can we see attribution for Telegram and Instagram leads?

Yes, by source: the Lead sources report shows leads, qualified, converted and conversion for every source, messengers included. The revenue breakdown by channel and campaign is for website traffic, which carries UTM tags.
