Translation

You write in English. She reads Ukrainian.

Lena Moroz writes on Viber in Ukrainian. Maria reads it in English, with “show original” one click away. She replies in English, and Lena gets the message in Ukrainian. Spell-check tidies the reply before it goes. Two languages, one thread, no copy-pasting into a translator.

Chat to lead to task

The chat becomes work before anyone forgets it.

Emma writes to your Telegram bot asking about delivery to Lviv. With auto-create on, a lead for Emma Novak appears as the conversation starts. Maria picks a smart reply and edits it. Then she creates a task from the chat (“Confirm delivery date”), already linked to the lead. She snoozes the chat until tomorrow. Nothing lives only in someone’s head.

WhatsApp

Keep the WhatsApp Business app. Add the team.

The sales manager already answers customers from the WhatsApp Business app on her phone. Connect that number to APROS, and it keeps working there. Past chats and her phone’s address book are mirrored into the inbox, and so are the replies she sends from the phone. The team sees the whole thread, and so does the customer record.

Mail

Email, with the CRM beside it.

A first email arrives at sales@ from an address APROS hasn’t seen. It becomes a lead with the source and owner your admin chose for that mailbox. Opening the email shows the sender’s record in a sidebar. Maria saves the attached floor plan to Files, creates a task from the email, and schedules her reply for 9 a.m. tomorrow.

FAQ

Inbox and mail questions.

Will our WhatsApp number keep working on the phone?

Yes. You connect the number you already use in the WhatsApp Business app, and it keeps working there. Past chats, the phone’s address book and replies sent from the phone are mirrored into the APROS inbox.

Will an AI answer our customers without us?

Only if you set it up that way. An admin can attach an AI agent to a channel. In First Line (the default) and Autonomous mode, it replies to customers on its own. In Assistant mode, it answers only when your team asks. Without an agent, every reply comes from a person.

Do our conversations go to an AI provider?

When an AI feature runs on a conversation, the messages it needs go to the AI provider that runs it. Smart replies, for example, run when an operator opens a customer chat. Each person can switch smart replies off. The Privacy Policy names the providers and what they receive.

Which mailboxes can we connect?

Gmail, with Google sign-in or an app password, plus Outlook, Yahoo! or any mailbox that speaks IMAP and SMTP. A mailbox can be personal or shared with chosen colleagues. How APROS handles Google data is in the Privacy Policy.

Can several people work one queue?

Yes. Assign chats by hand, or let APROS spread new ones round-robin or to the least-busy operator, with a cap per person. For email, share a mailbox with chosen colleagues and set who can use it.
