Sales & CRM

Leads that arrive with their story. Deals that keep it.

Messages, emails and web forms become leads with their source attached. A score tells you which to call first and why. Duplicates merge with undo, and every deal carries its conversation, products and quote.

Pipelines and boards

10
  • Kanban
  • Table
  • Archive
  1. Boards or tables, your choice.Run leads and deals on a drag-and-drop kanban by stage, or switch to a sortable table. Contacts and companies show as a table or a card grid.
  2. Money in every column. Each deal column shows its total, converted into your base currency.
  3. As many pipelines as you sell.Create several lead funnels and deal funnels and switch between them. The board, the table and the counters follow the funnel you pick.
  4. Stages that mean something.Add, color and reorder stages, set a win probability, and mark which stages count as won, lost or archived. (Needs the pipeline-management right.)
  5. Status and temperature at a glance.New, Contacted, Qualified, Unqualified, Lost or Converted, plus Hot, Warm or Cold. Click a counter to filter the board.
  6. Act by dropping a card.Drop a lead on Convert, Lost or Delete at the bottom of the board. On deals, the zones are Won, Lost and Delete.
  7. Every lost lead has a reason.Marking a lead lost asks why (price, competitor, no budget, no response…) and takes an optional note, so “lost” turns into something you can learn from.
  8. See what converted and what didn’t.A status bar counts converted and lost leads. Click a count to open exactly those leads.
  9. Convert in one dialog.Turn a lead into a company, a contact and a deal at once, creating new records or linking existing ones.
  10. Closed deals out of the way.Archive closed deals and find them on their own Archive tab.

Lead score

A score that tells you why.

Maria opens Leads on Monday morning and sorts by score. Harbor & Pine Studio is at 72. She clicks the number: the lead wrote in a messenger, named a budget and is linked to a company record. The popover also says what would raise it: a phone number. She asks Emma for her number in the same chat, and the score updates. No guessing, and no model nobody can explain.

Duplicates and merge

The same customer, once.

Emma messages on Instagram on Tuesday and emails on Wednesday. Possible duplicates shows the pair as Exact, matched by email. Maria opens the merge preview and goes field by field: the phone number from one lead, the budget from the other. She merges. If she got it wrong, Undo is right on the lead card, and the history of both leads stays intact.

Convert and quote

Type it once. Use it all the way to the invoice.

Maria converts the lead in one dialog: Harbor & Pine Studio becomes a company, Emma a contact, and the request a deal. She adds 12 oak chairs and 2 ash tables from the catalog, priced from the studio’s price list. The quote splits the $2,308.00 into two payment stages. When Emma accepts, Maria converts the quote into an invoice in one click.

FAQ

Sales questions.

Is the lead score AI?

No. It’s built from 23 coded signals: a phone number, a message in a messenger, a connected call, a named budget and so on. Because it’s rules, it can show you exactly why a lead scored what it did and what would raise it.

Can we merge duplicate contacts and companies?

Merge works on leads, where duplicates start: 8 matching rules, a field-by-field preview and undo. The create form also warns you when a new lead matches one you already have.

Can we send a quote from APROS?

Generate the quote as a document from your template, then share it by link or attach it to an email. Set its status on the record as it moves (Sent, Viewed, Accepted). When it’s accepted, convert it into an invoice in one click.

Give every lead a next step. Join the waitlist, or book a demo and we’ll run one of your real deals through APROS.
