The WooCommerce connection brings your store’s products into APROS. Orders and customers stay in your store.

  1. Connect in three steps.Enter your site URL, install the “APROS Sync” WordPress plugin, paste its key. The connection status stays visible.
  2. Import your store’s products.Pick what to bring into APROS. Products whose SKU already exists are linked, not duplicated.
  3. Map categories and attributes.Match the store’s categories and attributes to yours.
  4. A journal of every exchange.See imports and incoming webhooks, with retries. The store tells APROS when a product is updated or deleted.
Sales orders

Confirm the order, and the chairs are spoken for.

Maria confirms Harbor & Pine Studio’s order: 12 oak chairs and 2 ash tables. In the Kyiv warehouse, Available for oak chairs drops from 48 to 36 while On hand stays at 48. When another rep builds an order for 40 more, the line turns red: “Available: 36 / 48”, before anyone promises a date. If Harbor & Pine cancels, the chairs that haven’t shipped go back to Available.

Fulfillment

Ship from the order. Invoice from the order.

In the warehouse, Dmytro opens the order and creates the issue document. It’s already linked, with the right lines. If something is short, posting stops and lists what’s missing, so no one ships stock that isn’t there. Delivery to Lviv is a service line, so he marks it fulfilled. Maria creates the invoice from the same order, and the order now shows Invoiced $2,308.00 and, once Emma pays, Paid.

Pricing

The right price, without looking it up.

Northwind Logistics buys on the Wholesale list, so the admin assigns that list to the company once. When a rep adds oak chairs to a Northwind deal, the line prices from the deal’s list if it has one, then from Northwind’s, then from the default. Effective dates and currency conversion are handled on the line, so a promo that ended last week doesn’t sneak back in.

Your online store

Bring the shop’s catalog in, without retyping it.

Harbor & Pine’s supplier runs a WooCommerce shop. They install the APROS Sync plugin, paste its key and import the products. Items whose SKU already exists in APROS are linked, not duplicated. They map the store’s categories and attributes to their own. Every import lands in the journal, and when a product is updated or deleted in the store, the store tells APROS.

AI in this module

Ask about stock. Keep the catalog tidy.

  1. Ask about stock.Ask the AI Brain “How many oak chairs are available in Kyiv?” and it reads the balances you’re allowed to see.
  2. Keep the catalog tidy. With the warehouse and catalog skill, an agent can create and update products, price lists and warehouses.
  3. Stock movements stay with people. The agent doesn’t post stock movements: receipts, issues, write-offs and transfers stay with your team, because a made-up movement would look real in every report after it.
  4. Deletes wait for you.Deleting a product or a price list waits for approval at every autonomy level.

FAQ

Inventory & orders questions.

Does APROS sync orders from my WooCommerce store?

No. The WooCommerce connection imports your store’s products and maps their categories and attributes. Orders and customers stay in your store. Sales orders in APROS are created from deals, companies or products, or through the REST API.

What stops us from selling stock we don’t have?

Two things. Each goods line on a sales order shows what’s available and turns red when the order asks for more than is free, and posting an issue is refused with a list of what’s short. Confirmed orders reserve their goods, so Available already accounts for them.

How is stock valued?

At weighted-average cost. Each posted receipt updates the item’s average, and stock documents can carry their own currency, rate, tax mode and discounts.

Can we work with several warehouses?

Yes. Each warehouse has its own balances and movements. Move stock between them with a transfer document, and see every product across all warehouses in one grid.

Run orders and stock on the same records as your sales. Join the waitlist, or book a demo and we’ll walk one of your orders from deal to delivery.
